The umpire briefs Ben on the rules of playing catcher

Ben goes for a ground ball and will throw it to 1st to get the runner out

1st bike ride

After a quick removal of training wheels, Ben is off and away. He is saying "Cop car and back..." The police car down the street is the limit of his riding range.

Organized sports begin

Ben (5 yrs old) is signed up to play T-ball this year. He is very excited. So far he seems to be more intersted in the social aspects (visiting with all of his friends, new & old).

Most of the kids on his team (and in league) are 6+ years old.

Ben's team is the "Red Sox", he just received his uniform, which he is proudly displaying.
